Introducing our Lion’s Den 2024 winner Gary Clarkin of GOATS OATS!

Lion’s Den works to celebrate and elevate food and drink startups in Dublin, in collaboration with Dublin Food Chain and Local Enterprise Office (LEO). Gary impressed our panel of judges, and their audience of peers and industry professionals, securing their prize of €6,000! We witnessed bold and insightful brilliant pitches from our five finalists before we announced our winner!

GOATS OATS wins Lion’s Den

Gary Clarkin from GOATS OATS was over the moon with the win saying: “It’s lovely to be recognised and tell the story to everyone. All the feedback today was great from the contestants and also everyone in the audience. And just to see the positivity around.”

Pitch to Impress

Gary impressed our judges Mary Morrissey, Santina Kennedy and Laura McCarthy. Not just with the product, but with his business planning and sales projections for the future. With a very clear route to wider markets, GOATS OATS is set for even bigger things, and we at Bradley are excited to be on the journey with them.

What is Lion’s Den?

Lion’s Den is more than just a competition—it has been a launchpad for some of the most exciting food and beverage businesses in Dublin over the last seven years. 2024 brought a whole new event to Lion’s Den and Dublin Food Chain. Designed to spotlight Dublin’s emerging food and beverage brands, the competition brings together ambitious entrepreneurs, game-changing startups and forward-thinking producers, all competing for the opportunity to win a €6,000 prize.
