Founded in 1996, MacNally Opticians is a long established shop trading on generations of experise and experience. The 25 year old brand had served its purpose well and had started to look tired and dated. We were challenged with the task of creating an online store that would match the curated products that they sold - to do this the MacNally brand itself needed to be redefined to straddle both a physical shop and an online world.
A deep strategy dive clearly identified the “MacNally” customer - and shone a light on the clear space within the marketplace for curated, designer frames and sunglasses. In response we have developed a robust brand positioning strategy, new brand identity, on-line shop, interior and exterior facia and so much more.

now allows us to target a wider audience base beyond our shop in Dublin City.
