What do we mean to be more sustainable in business? What is Climate Ready Academy? 

Sustainability is increasingly important in our world and the greener our choices become, the better. At Bradley we are aware of the fact that waste often starts with design. We maintain a mode of transparency and openly communicate that we, like many, are on a journey to a more sustainable future. We haven’t identified a “silver bullet” yet, however, we have been working with organisations doing some impactful work. They can help us get started on the right foot, without the carbon footprint.

Climate Ready Academy is an upskilling initiative set up by Skillnet Ireland, working to equip businesses for the Green Economy. We worked on developing the Climate Ready Academy brand so we gained a lot of extra insights during this process. One of the ways they support business is through their courses, programmes and accreditations they offer. Climate Ready Academy offers specialised training for businesses in the areas of Climate Action, Sustainability, and Corporate Social Responsibility.

2. Sign up to their courses that are most relevant to your field (and gain micro-credentials!)

With the insight you gain from the Sustainability Pass, you’ll be more tuned into where you can make the most impact in your business and with your business. With a range of courses covering topics and leadership practices in the field of biodiversity, energy efficiency, waste management, and more. You will find the courses to take your sustainable leadership to the next level.

With each course you earn a micro-credential. With just three of these micro-credentials, you will be accredited with the Certificate in Sustainable Resource Management.
