Accessibility Statement

Bradley: The Brand Agency is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities, in accordance with the European Accessibility Act (EAA) and the European Union (Accessibility of Websites and Mobile Applications of Public Sector Bodies) Regulations 2020.

We are continually improving the user experience for everyone, and applying the relevant accessibility standards.

This accessibility statement applies to content published on https://bradleybrand.ie/.

Compliance Status

The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) standard defines requirements to improve accessibility for people with disabilities. It defines three levels of conformance: Level A, Level AA, and Level AAA.

https://bradleybrand.ie/ is partially compliant with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.2 level AA. Partially conformant means that some parts of the content do not fully conform to the accessibility standard. We have a new website coming to make the website fully conformant with WCAG 2.2 Level AA.

Limitations and Alternatives

Below is a description of the known non-accessible content of https://bradleybrand.ie/.

1. Colour Contrast: Background and foreground colours of a few elements do not have a sufficient contrast ratio. We are updating to ensure colour contrast of at least 4.5:1 for small text or 3:1 for large text.
2. Images: Some uploaded images may lack text alternatives, or have identical or extraneous alt text for different images. We are currently working to update all the required alt attributes.
3. Touch Target Size: Some touch targets do not have sufficient size or spacing. We are updating all the touch target designs.
4. New Window Open: Some new tabs or windows may open without warning users. We are working to ensure tabs are open in the same tab.
5. Link Targets: Some links with identical targets may have different descriptive texts. This will be fixed in our upcoming website.

Our team continue to seek a solution to these issues. Should you wish to contact us regarding accessibility or if you observe a limitation not listed, please see the feedback and contact information section below.
