The College Group has been sustainably refining animal manure for generations. They produce Biofuels and a range of animal feeds. More recently, they have acquired a poultry manure processor, the output of which they heat treat and form into small pellets; which has allowed them to further expand their offering.
Now they have soil fertilisers for both farmers and gardeners. With this development, they needed to create a new market position for this product to appeal to trade and consumer customer segments, a brand identity and website to support its launch.
We consulted with stakeholders in their market; spanning farmers, agronomists and agri-retailers. From this, we identified an opportunity to create and claim the concept of 'healthy soil'. Made using 100% natural fertilisers, this meant a significant reduction in dependence on chemical fertilisers. Bradley crafted the name SoilWorx with the tagline
'Natural Fertiliser' to really emphasise the advantage of using 'healthy soil' to achieve more sustainable agricultural practices. Bradley supported The College Group in launching SoilWorx into the Irish and UK marketplaces, delivering a website, exhibition stand design and digital marketing assets.
Up until now, College Group has been operating in B2B space only. Bradley helped us to develop and position a new brand that will work across both business and consumer. segments in the Irish and UK marketplace. This was all outside our comfort zone but the team at Bradley explained every step in the process and guided us along the way. We’re very happy with the outcome and are confident of a very successful future for our SoilWorx brand.
