Gowan Motors Distribution wanted to bring together all nine of their new and existing motor franchise brands and associated teams under one roof in their new building in City West to present under their Gowan brand. This new building would also be a venue to launch new models to dealers nationwide, host training at all levels, and house their full team including sales, marketing team and aftersales for all nine brands.
Our assignment was to create the narrative for the new Gowan Motors Distribution company and to communicate that narrative internally to 120+ staff via the office space, internal marketing communication and collateral. This was the first time Gowan have undertaken a project of this nature. Bradley had previously designed the Gowan Motors brand and wayfinding for the Navan Road showroom over 10 years ago but the scale and complexity of this project was a much bigger undertaking.
Bradley delivered a new brand identity for Gowan Motors Distribution (Gowan Auto) underpinned by robust stakeholder engagement to determine a strong positioning strategy and key messages. Our team created fresh and cohesive creative work and messaging, complemented by marketing communication templates and internal and external branding for the new building, as well as facilitating internal communications frameworks to enable a culture of good internal communication for the Gowan Auto collective.
We engaged Bradley to define what ‘One Gowan’ stands for and how this could be communicated within our company. Bradley guided us with confidence throughout the process, delivering a roadmap and fresh creative that resonated to clearly align our new and existing motor brands, communicate a unified approach and cohesively bring all our people together into one building under our refreshed brand. In Gowan Auto, we have defined a new purpose to drive our future growth.
